A little bit about me
I’ve always been creative. As a child, I learned to write stories by opening a dictionary, picking four random
words, and finding a way to connect them into one story. Looking back, I think that explains quite a lot about
how my brain still works today.
I’m a bit of a polymath by nature. I’m endlessly curious, and I like learning something new, experimenting
with an unfamiliar idea, or trying something I’ve never done before. My interests rarely stay neatly inside
one box — they move between storytelling, culture, art, business, psychology, technology, design, photography
and whatever happens to catch my attention that week.
The same is true of the people around me. My circle has never belonged to one particular age, profession or
world. I enjoy conversations with people much younger than me, much older than me, creatives, entrepreneurs,
artisans, professionals and people whose lives look completely different from mine. I think that variety has
shaped the way I see people and tell stories.
Maybe that’s also why I ended up doing what
I do.
Whether I’m building a brand, creating a campaign, designing something, taking photographs or figuring out a
completely new problem, I’m still doing what I did with those four words from the dictionary:
finding
connections where they weren’t obvious before — and turning them into a story.
